What Can You Expect At A Cedar Creek Lake Vacation Rentals Property?
Thank you for considering us for your vacation getaway! We are delighted to host you and your party here at the lake and we hope that you enjoy your stay with us. We are available for any questions that you may have now, or during your stay.
Below is a list of general housekeeping rules you can expect while staying at one of our properties. Our goal is to make your visit an experience worth remembering (and returning for!) for a lifetime. Each property has its own additional basic instructions that will be sent to you upon reservation, with details such as entering the property, where to park, etc.
Planning Your Arrival
We recommend bringing clothing and shoes to accommodate both cool and warm weather activities, toiletries, first aid, food and condiments (spices, salt and pepper, etc), drinks, batteries, bug repellent, and activity specific items such as fishing gear, water activity accessories, etc.
Parking is limited to four (4) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in house driveway only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
The fire pit in the yard and chiminea on the deck is permitted for responsible use only. Owners do not guarantee there will be firewood available for use; we advise you to bring your own firewood. Do not throw any paper, trash or other combustible materials, aside from firewood, in the fire pit or chiminea. Locally issued burn bans may prohibit the use of the fire pit and chiminea. Tenants are responsible for asking Owners if a burn ban is in effect. Owners are not responsible for any fines incurred by Tenants while burn bans are in effect.

Cedar Creek Lake Getaways does not provide telephone services. Please bring a cellular phone with you for use in case of an emergency. Be prepared for intermittent cell service outside of your immediate rental location.
General Property Policies
Cedar Creek Lake Getaways are all NON-SMOKING properties. Any smoking must be done outside and well away from any buildings. Violation of this policy will result in complete forfeiture of security deposit (and rental fee in the case of eviction).
Pets are permitted at some of Cedar Creek Getaway properties and only with prior approval. A $100 pet fee applies. This is not a deposit, it is an extra cleaning fee. Pets must remain on the rental property at all times. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time, and are not allowed inside the house if wet. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up-to-date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm prevention is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The Owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that pets or humans incur while on the premises.

The Owners strive to maintain the property in optimum working condition, but appliance and mechanical problems can arise. Should an appliance or mechanical malfunction occur during your stay, you agree to notify Owners immediately. Owners are not obligated to provide refunds due to short term appliance or mechanical malfunction occurring during your stay. Prompt notification allows Owners to remedy the situation with minimal disruption to Tenants' stay.
